Here is a rough copy of some of the faces, Fiona the Caledonian Tank Engine has.

I am quite pleased with how they out, I wanted to get her eyebrows just right, just make her look like an angry scot. haha XD And I thought I'd give her some (not-too) pouty lips, with a little gloss on them.

I was able to locate a possible basis for your engine, a CR 171 Class. Might be a good idea checking it out for consideration.
